Confessions of Crafty Bitches??

So I've been a member of this Facebook page, Confessions of Crafty Witches for a while now.  It's a pretty descent page, lots of good craft and recipe ideas that they probably pirate off of Pinterest.

So they leave a post yesterday asking for opinions on a topic matter. Nothing big or life altering, just simply asking for opinions.  So I give mine.  And they ban me lol.  Now, it might not ordinarily be so funny, except that the owner of the page in all her glorious ignorance proved the point I was making.  Threefold!  So I guess she didn't like my opinion because it wasn't in line with her rather Nazi like ideology, so she banned me lol.

Now the original post on the page, according to her information since I did not see it and she did not reference it by photograph or otherwise was something about a poster wanting their site to post for the postee about giving her money.  Just flat out.  Give her money.  For no reason.  The owner of the page refused the post and the postee apparently called her a racist.  (supposedly both are white women).  So the owner of the page got butthurt and was seeking verification and love from her CCW minions that she was in the right and that she wasn't a racist.  Boo-fucking-hoo.  She went on to say how this woman, the postee was scamming people.

This is where I came in.  my comment was that I didn't feel she was necessarily racist, but that she could be construed as having violated the woman's first amendment rights.  And that the postee wasn't scamming anyone since she blatantly came right out and said what she wanted.  Scamming usually implies some kind of lie or manipulation and given the information the owner provided, there was none.  Henceforth, no scam.  I also called into question whether or not she only posted questions and answers that she liked and that served her purpose as opposed to seeing that all people have a right to their own opinion.  Ouch.  Well apparently that offended her delicate, albeit ignorant sensibilities.  So she announced to everyone that I was banned, then she banned me. Which as I said, kind of proved my point.

That being said, they tout themselves as witches.  OOOOOOOOOOh.  Now I know a lot of people, from all walks of life and religious backgrounds.  These people aren't witches.  The talk on the page gives the reader a very hostile energy, and clearly if you  don't belong to their clique or mindset, then they will attack you for exercising your First Amendment Rights on their page.  That is clearly evident when the owner of the page herself states, and I quote  "Oh nobody is going to stop me.  If being banned (from FB) three times didn't stop me one turd monkey crybaby scam artist is not going to stop me".  So she thinks she's above reproach.  Believe me, no is above reproach, karmically or otherwise.  So imagine my glee when I woke up this morning to the owners post which said what a sucky day it was because she called to wish her mom a happy mothers day, and her mom picked a huge fight with her.  Yea, Karma is a bitch.  And so is her mom apparently, lol.  I guess she felt treating people like shit one day would actually result in fluffy roses the next.  Not.  And any real witch knows this.

Despite their anger and hatred, I do wish them peace.  I hope that they one day realize that what they perceive as negative isn't and can be used as a great learning tool.  It's not easy, but it can be done.  I haven't "unliked" their page on Facebook either.  I believe in their right to their opinion, even it it means banning me from their page.  I am not them and I won't go to their level.

Light & Love Crafty Bitches!!
